************************************

Well I leave it to the readers as to what they want to make out of this...............

My thoughts, I would not want to launch into a lengthy narrative of why Pakistan is currently in the state it is.......It will take a very long time, a lot of cyberspace and also the time of the readers to understand what I wish say........and also not speaking of the patience of readers to read through all that trash.......

Well coming back to my thoughts, Dr. Manmohan Singh is the best Finance Minister we ever had. If I had any say in politics I would permanently have him as the Finance Minister irrespective of which party is in power. He was the one who put India on the path to recovery with those fantastic path breaking reforms when the previous third front goevernment had pledged our gold to Bank of England for precious Forex. I would not want to comment on his achievments as the the PM of India. I'm not sure on this issue.......... What I certainly did not know that was Dr. Manmohan's resume would put the best of CEO's to shame.

As for Mr. 10 percent ( A A Zardari, he was really invovled in sanctioning projects for 10% when his wife was the PM) the less said the better, considering the number of flip flops he is currently doing, he will put a top-flight gymnast to shame............

Readers your thoughts....................

  1. Like my late mother would have said, "आपल्याला काय करायचाय ? त्यांचं त्यांना ....... "

But comparing the two in the same post/email, is simply insulting to the former....

  2. Dear Madam,

I would not have dreamt of insulting Dr. Manmohan Singh. I simply have too much respect for his age, experience and values.

I just posted the subject of a mail I received from my friend in Pakistan.

It is a good policy on which India thrives, 'tyancha, tyan-na'...but an unstable neighbour possesses great threat for India.

  3. Nice blog post!

Our neighbours are in a lot of trouble themselves. I'm just worried it'll be too late if we wait for them to settle their internal scores!!!

The comparison of the 2 CV's proves more than a point!

  5. Nice contrast drawn there though we have enough "leaders" who can conveniently be put in Zardari's place...on both sides of the aisle

  6. Priya : Thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, unstable neighbours do possess great threat for India. In order to deflect attention from their internal problems they seek to create external troubles for their neighbours.

NS Iyer : Sir, Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my blog and also your kind comments.

The Comic Project : Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. Hope to see you regularly in the future.

Yes even India has enough of our own 'trash' read politicians who I would happily export to Pakistan.

  7. Well that was an interesting comparison, wasn't it!

As a citizen of the U.S., I demur on the subject of presidential qualifications, considering our Current Occupant.

    Ahem.

May we do better beginning in January!

  8. Ganesh, with all due respects to academic qualifications, i dont think that defines who runs the country. There are examples glorious about simple men with simpler educational backgrounds run the country ( and companies ) that would have the qualified ones running for cover !!

What worries me is not Zardari's lack of academic prowess or diplomatic guffaws. We have had enough and more from the Indian side of the same ilk.

It is the lack of ability to manage the nation. A sense of character is absent. And that worries me. And here again we have enough and more of the same ilk from the Indian side as well.

The political class is made up of the morons like the BSP MLA who lynched an engineer to death and such others ! Whats needed is grassroot level awareness that we are responsible..in some way !

  9. Pearl : Thanks for taking out the time and visiting my blog.
GWB can not get admission even in elementary school based on his IQ and intelligence.

Kavi : You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned about 'lack of character'. Now I know what elders always mean when they say 'the world is not like when it was during our times'. As time progresses there is development but also the moral and ethical values are being eroded.

  10. .....that's why I sometimes wonder why we bay for each others blood as a nation.

I don't think Indians bay for the blood of Pakistanis. Pakistanis do bay, because it is an islamic thing to do -- to kill kafirs and india under Allah.
